Jutt Brothers will match all competitors’ warranties and guarantees and will beat any quote by up to $1,000 for a furnace and air conditioner. Customers must provide a copy of the competitor’s bid prior to installation. Equipment must be of comparable size and quality. Competitors cannot use any subcontracted labor. Single units will be beaten by up to $500; up to $1,000 for a complete furnace and air conditioner system. The competitor’s bid must be from a licensed contractor operating out of a business location, not a home. The Price Guarantee only applies to residential furnaces and air conditioners.
